Before CERC
- PTCUL has filed a Petition before Hon'ble CERC, New Delhi for truing up of Transmission tariff for 2019-24 tariff block and determination of transmission tariff for 2024-29 tariff block for 220kV Srinagar-Baramwari line [Point of Interconnection (of Singoli Bhatwari HEP from the proposed Baramwari-Srinagar 220kV D/C line) to Khandukhal (Srinagar) Substation] under UITP Scheme (deemed ISTS) as per Hon’ble Central Electricity Regulatory Commission’s order dated 31 January 2013 against Petition number 133/ MP/2012 in the Northern Region under Section 62 read with Section 79 (1) (d) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and under Regulation 15 (1) (a) and Regulation 23 of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations,2023 read with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024.
- पिटकुल ने माननीय केन्दीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (सी०ई०आर०सी०), नई दिल्ली के समक्ष पिटकुल के स्वामित्व वाली अन्य राज्यों के साथ जोडने वाली ट्रांसमिशन लाईनों/प्रणाली और अंतर राज्य विद्युत संचरण के लिए आकस्मिक ट्रांसमिशन लाईनों को केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (सी०ई०आर०सी०) द्वारा यायिका सं० 15/Suo-Moto/2012 पर निर्गत आदेश दिनांक 14/03/2012 तथा केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (अंतर राज्यिक पारेषण प्रभारों तथा हानियों की हिस्सेदारी) विनियम, 2020 में प्रदान किए गए पीओसी शुल्क में शामिल करने के लिए केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (व्यवसाय एवं संचालन) विनियम, 2023 के प्रावधानों और केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (टैरिफ के निबंधन और शर्त) विनियम, 2024 के अनुसार टैरिफ ब्लॉक 2024-29 के लिए टैरिफ अनुमोदन हेतु आवदेन किया है।
- PTCUL has made an application before Hon'ble CERC, New Delhi for approval of tariff in respect of PTCUL owned transmission lines/system connecting with other states and intervening transmission lines incidental to inter-State transmission of electricity as per the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission’s order dated 14.3.2012 in Petition No.15/Suo-Motu/2012, for inclusion in POC charges as provided in the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of interState Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2020 in accordance with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 for tariff block 2024- 29 period and provisions of CERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023.
- पिटकुल द्वारा माननीय के० वि०नि०आ०, नई दिल्ली के समक्ष 220 केवी श्रीनगर-बरमवारी लाईन [इंटरकनेक्शन बिंदु (प्रस्तावित बरमवारी-श्रीनगर 220 केवी डबल सर्किट लाइन से सिंगोली मटवारी एचईपी का) से खन्दूखाल (श्रीनगर) उपसंस्थान तक के वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-24 की अवधि का ट्रयुइंग अप और वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-24 के पारेषण टैरिफ निर्धारण के लिए, विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 62 और 79 (1) (डी), के०वि०नि०आ० (व्यवसाय संचालन) विनियम, 2023 के विनियमन-15 (1) (a) एवं 23 केंद्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (टैरिफ के नियम और शर्तें) विनियम, 2019 और केंद्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (टैरिफ के नियम और शर्तें) विनियम, 2024 के अधीन एवं माननीय केंद्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग के याचिका संख्या 133/एमपी/2012 में निर्गत आदेश दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2013 के तहत एक याचिका दायर की गयी है।

- Approval under Sections 61, 62 and 79 (1)(c) & 79 (1) (d) of the Electricity Act, 2003, Regulation-86 of CERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999, CERC (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2014 and CERC (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 for approval of True up from CoD to FY 2018-19 and Determination of Tariff for FY 2019-24 period for 400 kV Substation Srinagar (Asset-1:- 400/220 kV 02X03X105 ICT, 220/132 kV 02X160 MVA ICT along with bays and Asset-2:- 1X80 MVAR Reactor) and Petition 2: 400 kV Srinagar -Srinagar PH Line (Deemed ISTS) under UITP Scheme.
